Aliaksandr Danilevich and assistant attorney Aliaksei Fedarovich helped a Belarusian enterprise to recognize and enforce the decision of the Economic Court of the Hrodna Region in Slovenia. As a result of productive cooperation with Slovenian colleagues from “Podjed and Andrić Law Firm”, enforcement and recognition measures were jointly taken in the court proceeding, thanks to which the decision is actually executed today.
The process of working on this case was complicated by the fact that there is no mutual treaty on legal assistance between Belarus and Slovenia, which, as a rule, regulates the relevant issues of mutual recognition of court decisions by states. Additional difficulties were also caused by restrictions due to the coronavirus pandemic.
