A new article by the attorney Dr Danilevich “On the issue of the need of the appeal institute in state courts against the partial awards of the international arbitration court on competence” was published in the issue 4 of the scientific and practical journal of the National Center for Legal Information Pravo.by. In the article the author gives a critical analysis of attempts to substantiate the necessity of legal regulation with regard to appeal against the partial awards of the panel of the international arbitration court on its competence to adjudicate a dispute. The author opposes such a position on the basis of studying legislation, international practice and doctrine.
