The article of Aliaksandr Danilevich was published in the journal “Case-law of the European Court of Human Rights”, devoted to human rights in sport. The subject of the article is the assessment and examination of evidences by the Court of Arbitration for Sports in Lausanne (CAS) with regard to anti-doping cases.
The article deals with the distribution of the burden of proof, as well as the special standards of proof defined by the World Anti-Doping Code in the version of 2015. The author examines both the main doctrinal and regulatory legal sources, as well as published CAS decisions.
